I am confused about how color wells work with color panels. At the moment, there is a bug with this in Skim.
The problem is that if there is an active color well (in the prefs) and the main window with an active note becomes main, the color is updated in the color panel, but this also changes the color in the active well. Any ideas how we could avoid this? I'd like to deactivate any active color well. But there does not seem to be any API to do this.
