It's definitely not the Services. If any, that would get you a specific
service. It redirects the shortcut: Opt-Cmd-P calls the action for Cmd-, As
it happens the latter is usually Preferences, but if I connect it to some
other menu item, *that* action is called. It's very weird indeed. I've tried
to turn off every input manager, APE, deamon and what have you I could find,
but the problem remains. And it is very reproduceable.
