There is nothing like that built in. The only way is to change
properties in bulk using AppleScript.

Hi
Once in a while I need to print a document that I've highlighted
with Skim to a b/w printer. The problem I'm having is that the
translucent yellow and green highlights that I use on the screen
are barely visible when printed. I've tried messing around with
ColorSync filters but they're barely documented & I haven't
succeeded in finding a way to darken the grey that's printed.
As an alternative, is there any way to globally change the
attributes of existing notes? As far as I can tell, note
attributes can only be changed prior to creating the note. Ideally
I'd like to have a "display style" and a "print style" for
highlights, so I could easily switch between the two.
