Hmm.... Indeed, I did miss that. Thanks. However, I still think it  
would be useful (and meaningful) to have a Zoom to Height function  
even in continuous mode, since even then Skim knows about pages in  
that Next and Previous still scroll to the top of the next or  
previous page. In fact, it seems that the availability of Zoom to  
Height and Next/Previous is kind of an ideal situation whereby you  
get continuous scrolling as needed by way of the scroll bar and by- 
page scrolling by means of Next and Previous. Right now, that can be  
simulated by (1) turning off continuous mode, (2) Zoom to Fit, and  
(3) turning back on continuous mode. It would be nice to get this in  
one step (Zoom to Height while in continuous mode). I don't think  
that it would break anything else, assuming that there was also an  
explicit Zoom to Width.
