Note that double-clicking on the little note icon in the table selects that note in the PDF and scrolls to it (though the latter has a bug on the current release that will be fixed). You can also use the contextual menu.
Also note that most modifiers already have standard functionality in the table. E.g. Shift-arrow should extend the selection. Even if that may not be used in a particular table, it would be wrong to assign that to a totally different action. Anyway, I've done this using the Command modifier, as I don't think that has a standard meaning in tables.
