Go down to page 14. There's a schematic. Try highlighting it and copying it. Then paste it into a graphics program OR do a "New from clipboard" inside Skim. On my machine, even though I highlight the entire schematic, only a (random?) fraction actually gets copied. Things work fine in Preview.
