The closing and re-opening the document was to noavail for erasing the
strike-through situation.
So I found out: there are two strike-though icons in my toolbar. I
must have selected both when performing the intended strike-through
action.
One of them is a permanent issue.
To solve my problem I had to click at the "A"-icon for text-notes.
Now everything works fine again.
