Apple Preview has the ability to rotate a PDF and then save it in this new
orientation. But Skim seems not to do this. If I open a PDF and hit command-R
(rotate right), it seems to only change the view of the file, not the PDF's
orientation itself. Normally I could just hop over to Preview, rotate and save
it there, however, I've already added annotations with Skim. If I change the
orientation in Preview, the annotation locations are incorrect (horizontal
lines become vertical, etc).

So is there a Skim-annotation-aware way to rotate a PDF? (Is it only a bug Skim
doesn't save rotations in the way Preview does?)

Thanks, cheers,
Jeremy
