I put up an assortment of DEVONthink/Skim to Tinderbox/Omnioutlliner via OPML scripts here: <http://github.com/vze26m98/to_OPML> I organize my dissertation research in Tinderbox, and my Skim highlights are grouped under a prototype for the PDF they came from, and perhaps also grouped under a Bibdesk citation if there is more than one PDF per citation. So it might look like: Citation (prototype) PDF A (prototype) note note note PDF B (prototype) note note note and so on... So the Skim script makes children of the PDF prototype. Right now, if I have more than one PDF per citation, I'll just manually make them children of a parent prototype. Same with the DEVONthink and Bibdesk URL that would take me to the original PDF, and citation. I tend to do things manually so I can maintain control. I could automate more of this process (and I may) but it's only minutes a day, if that...
