It's in the quoted text below: if you see this bug in the latest
releases, then test the intermediate versions below to see which
one has the bug and which don't. That's the only way in which this
bug could ever be fixed.

Perhaps you can test these in turn to narrow down the search.
Maybe easiest to start with the last revision, as it's easier
to see the bug than it is to see when the bug is not there.
