Hello,
I saw in a video today someone using FoxIt reader to add bookmarks to a PDF
file by highlighting text then adding a bookmark referring to that
highlight. The bookmark name appeared to match the highlighted text. I
would really like to do this. I'm new to PDFs and to Skim so I'm not sure
if it's possible.
