I've seen this before, also. I think it's an internal PDF Kit error that occurs when reading a PDF, but it doesn't have any adverse effects, AFAICT. If you can reproduce it, it might be worth looking at more closely. These can be a pain to diagnose with breakpoints, since different frameworks use different logging mechanisms :(.
