I see my recent bookmarks were saved in the net.sourceforge.skim-app.skim.bookmarks.plist when I export that file from Property List Editor as a text file. (Inside Property Editor, the bookmarks are listed as recentDocuments.) However, from within Skim, I only see an older set of bookmarks.
