After searching I can't find the answer to this: Selecting the first component,
holding down Shift and selecting the next does not work if the next component
is on the next page. This is annoying when you want to take a note on a
paragraph that spans a page. Is it possible to join notes (specifically,
highlights) across a page of a PDF? Would this be a reasonable feature request
or is this a limitation of Apple's PDFkit?
