For a certain document that I have, when I Export PDF With Embedded Notes the
character encoding appears to be corrupted. The symptoms are that if I copy
text from the original document, the clipboard has the correct text, but if I
copy text out of the exported document, then the characters in the clipboard
are all an "underscore" looking character. (And if I open the document in
Acrobat, the copied text is all an "alien head" looking character). I have had
other documents get corrupted in this way before, but this is the first time I
have been able to track down the cause, and it appears to be Skim.

The documents are at:

https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B9mMW2-HiubJZ0xoaXZDeUtxQUk -- before export
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B9mMW2-HiubJWThEMUsxdnp0VGs -- after export

If it makes a difference, the creator of this document is "Documill Publishor
6.3.9.1", which is an application I have never heard of.

Please let me know if this is a bug that should be reported.

And if there is a way to recover the encoding, I have a number of corrupt
documents I would like to apply that fix to so I can copy text from them.
