For editing PDF text content you need to initialize fonts and some other fancy 
things Skim doesn't do (as the name implies) - AFAIK this is something you'll 
need to use Acrobat for. You could also convert the PDF through Google 
Documents to a word doc, or via some other web-based PDF to word converter.
