I am using Skim 10.4.6 on 10.8.5.
I have my scrolling direction in the OS set to the old fashioned way.
In a recent update the scrolling behaviour of the scroll tool (small hand)
seems to have reversed which is highly unintuitive based on the metaphor of
the hand grabbing the page.
Is there any way to get the old behaviour back? (so the page moves with the
hand when I drag rather than in the opposite direction).
