The only possible difference for me is the level of zoom, which may be
higher in presentation depending on your settings. I haven't noticed any
difference in standard, presentation or full screen modes. The zoom factor
does affect things. At some point when you zoom in enough it looks good.
This happens in any mode you are in.
Whether or not this is a major problem for you depends on tastes, of
course. But it used to look much nicer, in my opinion, before the Yosemite
upgrade.
