Hi! I noticed after installing Yosemite, that whenever I have closed a window to a document in Skim, and if I wish to delete that document, the system reports to me that the file is in use. I used "lsof" to check this and it appears that Skim is not releasing the file. I do not want to exit Skim just to delete the file as I probably have more than a few documents open at the same time and it's a bit of a pain having to reopen then on restarting the app.
