I only recently noticed this—not sure whether to attribute it to Yosemite, a
new version of Skim, or my coffee-drinking habits, but now when I move the
cursor over a scanned pdf, or have the cursor set to “Scroll Tool” on a pdf
with selectable text, the cursor blinks rapidly between a pointer and a hand
when I drag it over a pdf. Is this problem that others are having?
