Hi Christiaan
I have seen that response so many times. Yet this document appears fine in
Preview, which I assume uses much of the same code (tho it probably isn't a
black box for Apple's programmers!)
Has anyone else seen behavior like this? Any thoughts about how to make it
go away? I am quite willing to share the pdf if anyone wants to look at it
and see if you can replicate the behavior.
