Sorry, that should not happen. In fact it should also not happen the way you
seem to expect: file A should not be opened at all when you double-click file B
(if you open a file you should open that file), and that's how it used to be.
This is a side effect of a fix for the fact that files weren't reopened when
Skim was quit due to a logout. I guess there's no way we could support that at
all then.
