Hm. I open a PDF and want to read it. I want to scroll down. Nothing.
Using the down key does work. Once I am on the next page, I can go back
by scrolling. But not forward.

I do not know. But I played around and pressed the - zoom. After doing
this I can scroll. This is at least a work around! Thanks! I have to get
new glasses though. =;-)

Oh, yes. I remember a similar situation. Keeps you busy ...
Some things are really difficult. Microsoft also knows really difficult
things ...
