I use the Sync settings ("Check for file changes", and "Reload
automatically"). This used to work perfectly but now (since I upgraded to
Mojave?), Skim stops responding to file changes after a while.I have not yet been able to identify what conditions cause Skim to cease responding to file changes. When it is not responding, I have tried the following: touch file.pdf echo >> file.pdf but neither triggers Skim to reload. The only way I have found to get reload behaviour back is to close the Skim window and re-open the PDF. I suspect that this started happening when I upgraded to Mojave, since I think everything was working correctly before I upgraded. I've tried going back a couple of Skim versions (I've tried 1.4.40, 1.4.39, 1.4.38) but the incorrect behavior has been present with all of them. Let me know if there's any information I can collect when it is not working to help diagnose this / create an actual bug report. Thanks, Dan p.s. Is there a way to manually trigger Skim to reload?
