I just upgraded to Skim 1.5.

I tried to print a document but got no print dialog and nothing printed.

I rebooted my computer, and tried to print. Skim hanged and had to be 
force-quit.

I'm going to downgrade, but am reporting this in case others are having 
trouble, also.

Configuration: macOS 10.14.5 on a 15-inch 2017 MBP with an attached external 
monitor.

I can do some more error checking later, but I don't have time right this 
second for more extensive testing. Please let me know what else I can do to 
test.
