This is actually something that should become part of any normal
SKIP implementation I belive. The reason being that checks for
this type of thing by ISP's are probably going to become increasingly
common, in most cases this type of check is done to thwart
denial of service attacks and people doing stupid things they
shouldn't be doing with routing.
As the net grows, it also manages to exponentialy grow in
stupidity, and issues like this as well as SKIP itself are part
of the ways people are using to route around the (brain) damage.
