Dear Shri CA Mahendra Parab

I do not understand your comment:
*"MAT credit is also available for non-STPI business profits"
*
The case is as under:
The STPI registered company makes Rs.1,00,000= profit.
How ever sec 10A gives a deduction 100% being a STPI registered Company.
So the net taxable income is *NIL*.

Now does the company have to pay 10% MAT tax on this 1,00,000 income?
This is my question.
