No where witten in the act or rules that HUF can furnish declaration form 15G. It is clear HUF not furnish form 15H. For 15G Where signature of declarant obtained where below mark is given. **Indicate the capacity in which the declaration is furnished on behalf of a Hindu undivided family, association of persons, etc So that it is clear if Karta give declartion HUF can furnish form 15G.
