Please can anybody help me the above said issue one of my clients is having proprietorship concern having PAN/TAN/VAT/CST/Excise Nos. now they thinking to close the books of accounts on 31/10/2008 and convert the proprietorship concern into Partnership Firm by entering the two partners? Whether it is possible to convert the proprietorship concern into firm? What will bi criteria eligible? What are the other issues shall be kept in mind while making the Deed? Can anybody have this type of draft copy?
