Dear Members,
"A" an NRI has entered into an agreement with "B" to purchase a built up
area in a Building for 200 Crores. And "A" from his NRE account pays Rs. 20
Crore as advance to "B".
Due to some reasons Transaction fails.
"B" gets the Demand Draft of Rs. 20 Crores in INR in favour of "A".
Where can "A" deposit the said amount so that the said amount is repatriated
to the country where "A" lives in his account.
