We bought an item against "C Form" on 05.12.2005 (Financial Year 2005-06). Till date neither we issued C Form not they have asked. Now they are asking the C Form. 1) Can we issue now? 2) What is the limitation period for issue of C Form. 3) Please give me the references of the Provisions of the Act. Thanks in Advance.
