He is already doing a business of sale of stationary ... now he wanted to start a business of printing of banners, visiting cards etc.. also he wanted to enter into service sector...providing services of manpower for hospitality, vehivles for tours etc. Can he started all this business under one head...??????? What are the advantage & disadvantage in it??????????
