could any body let me know that tds can deduct on amount including service tax
is this right or wrong
for exmlple bill amount 100/-
add ser.tax @12.36 12.36
total amount 112.36
would we deduct tds on 112.36 (inclusive of service tax ) OR only on Rs.100/-
we reply me with proper evidence.
