Keep driver's statement & transporter's statement on 100/- stamp paper and take CENVAT credit on Original for Buyer Copy. As per CENVAT credit rules, duplicate for transporter is not must. But, the practice is being followed from long time, hence all are taking CENVAT credit on Duplicate for transporter copy only.
