There is a partnership firm with two partner. One of the partners dies and the
other partner wants to continue the business with the son of the deceased
partner, now at the date of the death the partnership firm dissolved, now how
can they start the business with the same name without any discontinuation. pls
advice. anyone can send me any sample copy of this type of partnership deed.
