Dear Deepesh refund mostly depends upon the amount. The IT system was not ready till last year to process the return online. But now situation has been changed Department is fully equipped to process IT returns and the priority is given to online return.
Department is setting up the separate call center for online filing which help you to track your status online So great future for online filing Happy online filing!
