Hi Friends... Can anyone please advise me on the following....HRA related queries....
1. Is it necessary to have an *Leave & License Agreement between me & my father....to claim HRA.* 2. Is it necessary to *notary *the agreement. *3. Is it ok If I would get it in writing from my father (on a normal piece of paper) about the rent & shall show rent receipts & cheque payment as a proof for the same.* Please advise.
