Dear Shivraman, it is fact but surprisingly no Buddy raise there voice against this gimmick in last 5 years, neither industrialist nor common man.... after all all taxes come on common man's head but "he" also keep mum even at the time of voting also that's way PC win the election & will be sit on our head for minimum another 5 years
