Dear all
My client is going to form a new company, in which the business will be
creating a website where people can do online purchase by their credit card. It
is obviously certain that the transaction will be from outside india by any
other currency also. But the amount will be converted in indian currency in
their bank account. Whether the company required any permission from RBI or ROC
for doing such type of transaction as their is an involvement of foreign
currency.
Pls give your valuable suggession in this matter.
