Subject: Directorship by a CA.

Dear all

Whether a full time practising CA can be a Director of a Company where the
other director's are non CA. or whether he can be a promoter/ Director of a
company.

whether there is any restriction to become a director with his relative such
as brother, wife etc.
If he can be a director then whether he can practice as a full time CA.

Pls advice regarding Institute guidelines regarding this.

Regards
