Dear All,
A company got registered in Sept 07 and started its commercial operation in Dec
same year and till March 2008 had incurred 5 lacs of revence expenses BUTÂ no
income is generated till March
The assessing officer in assessment is not allowing carry forward of losses as
no revenue is there to match expenses - Is he correct ?
