Dear All group members AS per new pan application guidelines of NSDL from 01/11/2009 Proof of communication address is also compulsory in the name of applicant. But in UTI there is no compulsion of proof of communication address. Executives of UTI bring all pan cards on his address and client pick pan card from uti center. Why there is a difference on services of same department offer by two different companies. Why client go to NSDL center for apply the pan card where we fullfill so many formalities insted of UTI.
