Let me wish u first Happy new year 2010.
Dear All friends.please clear crear my confusion on section 80 C.
Actually I have allotted a Flat in Noida by Noida Authority and instead of
taken any housing loan from any bank, I have paid an amount to Noida Authority
from my saving account during the financial year 2009-10 as a Registration
money and Allotment Money and Installment.Now I am in delemma that Is this
amount is deductable under section 80C or not deductable.
Please give me your opinion on this matter as soon as possible as my company is
not considering this under section 80C.
