How to reduce the number of pending cases in our legal system? Ans: Just extend the punishment to either of the parties to the case. Punish the Plaintiff or the defendant who ever is wrong in the particular criminal case. Punish the defendant if he is proved a criminal or punish the plaintiff for making a crime by giving a wrong complaint.
