Sir,
A person has sold a plot on April 20, 2007 A.Y. 2008-09 filed the return
after claiming the deduction u/s 54E as the person has deposited the account
in Nationalized bank in Capital Gain Scheme.
In July 2009 person issued the bought a flat and paid advance from the
Capital Gain Account
In March 2010 Amount Advanced was returned in capital gain scheme as the
deal could not mature
In may 2010 Capital gain account was closed and amount was transferred in
normal savings Account.
please advise the year of deemed capital gain
