Dear Dinesh hegde, If the house is under construction, interest u/s24b is not allowed to be claimed. When the construction is completed, the pre-construction interest can be claim in the ratio of 1/5 every year for five year.
In such circumstances, he can claim HRA and repayment of loan amount u/s 80C.
