Dear all,
 
If we want to release any non taxable reimbursement like
medical/uniform/telephone/ books & periodical etc.
 
Generally we release monthly or quarterly after receiving bills from
employee. Can I release monthly with salary &
 
Collect bills after six months. Which is the correct method or any
circular for reimbursement method pl let me know
