I have no idea who is supposed to be maintaining this web presence, but
i've reported the problem to the nongnu.org savannah admins [0].
Presumably don't want to be redirecting to domain squatters, so maybe
they'll have an incentive to either fix the redirect directly, or figure
out who to poke about it.
