Brief addendum: it looks like I should be able to complete the migration with minimal (<10m) downtime. Snapshots of a VPS are handy. I will continue to operate the current server for a day or two after the transition and DNS updates to ensure that all traffic has transferred to the new system. Cheers! -Pete
