Which is the point I meant from the beginning. If you turn on the computer, have skype, not go on automatically.

The only way to not receive calls or notification of chats is to go to DND status. That will do it. Even if you go to invisible, it is true that others will see you as off line, but they can still call you unless you have shut Skype or your computer down.
